Selene Holdings is seeking a Loss Mitigation Specialist to act as the Single Point of Contact for a portfolio of non-performing assets, contacting borrowers and negotiating loss mitigation options while coordinating liquidation outcomes, bankruptcy matters, and high-value clients.

This is an in-office role with a schedule of 11a-8p Mon-Thu, 8a-5p Fri, plus one Saturday per month; training runs 8a-5p CST. Compliance, accuracy, and client service are essential to success.

Responsabilidades

• Contributes to department progress by understanding success measurements and improving them.
• Meets monthly individual and team goals and KPIs.
• Manages a portfolio of delinquent mortgage products and pursues loss mitigation options.
• Handles inbound/outbound calls to customers, attorneys, realtors, and others; explains options.
• Discusses loan modification options, short sales, deeds in lieu, cash for keys, and other loss mitigation tools.
• Analyzes financial situations and initiates appropriate loss mitigation tools.
• Performs light skip-tracing activities.
• Reviews title searches to ensure lien status is not compromised.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Updates daily reports and accounts.
