Freedom Mortgage Corporation is seeking a Supervisor for the SPOC Svcg - Borrower Outreach within Loss Mitigation. You will oversee a team of 10–12 specialists, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide call center operations through loss mitigation and foreclosure processes across states.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive knowledge of FHA/VA/ FNMA/FHLMC guidelines, and collaboration with QA, Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• In-depth knowledge of loss mitigation, foreclosure process, and relevant state/federal guidelines.
• Experience with FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA/FHLMC loss mitigation requirements and investor guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee 10–12 SPOC/Loss Mitigation Specialists.
• Conduct daily supervision, timecard reviews, and HR coordination.
• Lead daily team huddles; provide feedback and development plans.
• Monitor performance using scorecards and coaching sessions.
• Assign accounts and publish SPOC assignments 2–3 times weekly.
• Ensure compliance with CFPB, FDCPA, Fair Housing, and related laws.
• Collaborate with QA, Compliance, Legal and Risk teams to minimize audit findings.
• Maintain attendance and manage staffing needs.
