Job summary

Freedom Mortgage is seeking a Supervisor, SPOC Svcg – Borrower Outreach to oversee the Loss Mitigation group’s Single Point of Contact team. You will ensure compliance with FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loss mitigation rules and the waterfall across all states.

This role requires leadership of a 10–12 person team, daily huddles, one-on-one coaching, and collaboration with QA, Compliance, Risk, and Legal to avoid non-compliance and financial exposure.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loss mitigation options and the waterfall.
• Understanding of foreclosure process requirements for all states and related guidelines.
• Familiarity with FDCPA, Fair Lending and Fair Housing Acts and mortgage servicing laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of 10–12 SPOC Specialists; manages timecards and HR processes.
• Holds daily team huddles; provides updates and answers questions.
• Delivers regular 1:1 coaching; analyzes call scorecards and opportunities for career development.
• Conducts side-by-side call observations for live feedback and direction.
• Manages agent schedules and adherence with the Command Center; assigns accounts 2–3x/week.
• Ensures compliance with investor, agency/insurer, FHA/VA and PMI guidelines; limits audit findings.
