Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Cleveland, OH is seeking an experienced estimator to prepare detailed Self-Perform Operations concrete estimates from drawings and specifications, and to communicate bids and scopes of work.

You will generate labor rates, assemble bids for Lump Sum, GMP, or Cost Plus, and collaborate with Preconstruction to resolve issues while leading document management and supporting project teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of detailed estimates for concrete scopes of work.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited program in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed SPO concrete estimates from drawings and specs.
• Generate labor productivity rates using historical data and project constraints.
• Prepare and assemble bids for Lump Sum, GMP, and Cost Plus contracts.
• Identify design issues and project risks; propose solutions with Preconstruction.
• Analyze project schedules for sequencing risk and develop labor-loaded schedules.
