Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in the United States is seeking a field-based sales leader to represent top brands and grow the Bakersfield territory. This full-time role supports Account Development Specialists and offers Monday–Friday schedules with start-time flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent leadership experience in sales.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to manage and develop sales teams within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to support sales in the territory.
• Assist account managers with objectives, follow-up, and KPI tracking.
• Handle additional projects as needed.
