Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group, a family‑owned beverages company in the Bay Area, is seeking a field-based outside sales professional to represent our Spirits portfolio. You will build impactful relationships, manage on‑premise and off‑premise accounts, and grow your territory across San Francisco and surrounding cities.

You will partner with suppliers, execute monthly and quarterly business plans, and drive distribution growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience, or a High School Diploma with 5–7+ years in sales.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
• Experience selling beverage or consumer-packaged goods preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Spirits portfolio by partnering with suppliers and customers to execute commercial plans.
• Develop key on‑premise and off‑premise accounts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and distribution goals.
• Increase net core brand distribution above baseline.
• Sell in distribution, menu placements, promotions, and back bar placements.
• Collaborate with account representatives to align priorities and plans.
• Educate and train on spirits programs with supplier leadership.
