Reyes Beverage Group in Merced, CA is seeking a results-driven sales leader to oversee day-to-day supervision of the spirits sales team and drive growth across the Central Valley market.

You will set objectives, monitor KPIs, collaborate with internal and external partners, and coach a team to achieve displays, pricing, and shelf position.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1 year of leadership experience.
• Or a High School Diploma with 7–9 years of related experience and 2–3 years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law.
• Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
• Other projects or duties as assigned
