Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/GED with 7–9+ years of experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to sales personnel.
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
• Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders to support sales and align with goals.
