Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate spiral department equipment and processes.
• Bobbin winding, strip bobbins, and tension setting.
• Operate machines with changeovers and load/unload bobbins; string decks; set preforms; run hose; change tools.
• Wrap nylon tape and use calipers for quality checks.
• Fill out paperwork accurately and follow process specifications.
• Document good and non-conforming product and assist in continuous improvement.
