Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Degree or GED required.
• 3–5 years manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years as a machine operator.
• Basic computer skills and strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Able to read production orders and communicate in English.
• Must pass tape measure test and machine aptitude test.

Responsibilities

• Alert supervisor and maintenance personnel of problems.
• Make machine adjustments to meet specs.
• Order raw materials to the line as needed.
• Load materials quickly to minimize downtime.
• Count and record rejected products and scrap.
• Maintain 5S in the work area.
• Clean machine and area at end of shift.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Complete production reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
