Responsible for operation, setup and adjustment of production equipment as required.
Inspects parts to assure conformance to specifications.
Trains new employees to the position or area.

Responsibilities

Operates, sets up and adjusts production equipment as required.
Monitors equipment and reports issues to supervision when repair is needed.
Inspects parts to ensure they meet specifications.
Services equipment (grease, lubricant, coolant) as needed.
Approves inspection reports.
Meets established production standards.
Completes production-related paperwork and SPC charts.
Trains new employees in the area.
Keeps area clean and safe.
Follows safety rules and reports unsafe conditions.
