Job summary

SI-BONE, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for the Chicago South region to advance our minimally invasive sacropelvic solutions. You will report to the Regional Sales Director, build surgeon relationships, train teams, and schedule cases to implant the iFuse system.

The base salary is $75,000 with performance incentives. You will coordinate hospital approvals, manage travel, ensure regulatory compliance, and help expand SI-BONE’s presence across hospitals and pain-management practices.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Regional Sales Director and manages the specific territory.
• Provide leadership and performance to ensure company goals are achieved.
• Target, qualify, and train key spine surgeons and start scheduling cases to implant the iFuse system.
• Coordinate training of all local surgeons.
• Meet goals and quotas communicated by the Regional Sales Director.
• Meet with key opinion leaders in spine to drive business and acceptance of SIJ diagnosis and treatment.
• Coordinate hospital approval process and training programs for pain management physicians.
• Ensure compliance with worldwide regulatory requirements and company policies; report suspected violations; no retaliation.
