Job summary

SI-BONE is seeking a Territory Manager for Los Angeles/Orange County to lead spine surgeon engagement, training, and case scheduling for the iFuse system. You will report to the Regional Sales Director and drive territory performance while ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical conduct.

The role requires strong leadership, relationship building with surgeons, and travel within the territory. Base salary is $75,000 with performance-driven goals and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in medical device sales territory management.
• Experience in Orthopedics is highly desired.
• Spine experience is a plus.
• Experience with local spine surgeons and product advocates.

Responsibilities

• Target, qualify, and train key spine surgeons and start scheduling cases to implant the iFuse system.
• Coordinate training of all local surgeons and meet territory goals.
• Meet with key opinion leaders in spine to drive business and acceptance.
• Coordinate hospital approvals and surgeon education programs in local communities.
