Job summary

Rep-Lite seeks a Spine Clinical Sales Specialist to support spine procedures in Houston and surrounding markets. This field-based role blends clinical OR support with product education and relationship-building with surgeons and hospital teams.

You will develop expertise in territory management and learn sales strategy under experienced leadership, with a clear path toward growth in medical device sales.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years spine, neurosurgical, OR, or medical device experience
• Hands-on familiarity with spine implants and instrumentation
• Comfortable providing clinical support in the OR
• Willingness to travel throughout the D.C. area and surrounding markets
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent clinical/industry experience

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative clinical support and case coverage for spine procedures
• Support surgeons and OR teams with implants, instrumentation and workflows
• Prepare, organize, and manage spine implants and surgical trays
• Serve as a clinical and technical resource during cases
• Build relationships with spine surgeons and hospital staff
• Educate healthcare professionals on product use and best practices
• Troubleshoot in a fast-paced OR environment
• Assist with territory management and account development learning
• Document cases and manage inventory and reporting
• Coordinate instrument restocking and tray returns
• Support urgent cases and travel to assigned sites
