Job summary

Rep-Lite is seeking an experienced Spine Sales Specialist in the Houston area. The role combines clinical OR support, technical expertise, and field-based sales development to support surgeons and OR teams with spine implant products.

You will provide intraoperative coverage, manage instrumentation, train staff, and drive product utilization across the Houston market, with a clear path to Territory Manager and increased leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in medical device sales or OR coverage.
• Orthopedic spine or neurosurgical experience required.
• PA, RN, or Surgical Technologist background valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide intraoperative case coverage for spine procedures.
• Serve as a technical resource on implants and instrumentation.
• Prepare and manage surgical trays, implants, and instruments.
• Build relationships with spine surgeons and OR staff.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product use.
• Troubleshoot during surgical cases and coordinate restocking.
• Support territory growth with sales leadership.
• Maintain case logs, inventory, and reporting.
• Ensure proper return of instruments to SPD and comply with policies.
• Travel to surrounding territories as needed.
