Rep-Lite is seeking a Spine Clinical Sales Specialist in the Washington, D.C. market to support surgeons and OR teams with spine implants and instrumentation. This field-based role emphasizes clinical expertise, relationship-building with surgeons, and ongoing product education to drive utilization.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of spine experience, with opportunities to advance toward a Territory Manager role through hands-on case support and territory development.

Formación

• 1–3 years of spine experience required.
• Experience in spine clinical support, surgical technology, OR case coverage, clinical education, or associate-level medical device sales.

Responsabilidades

• Provide intraoperative clinical support and case coverage for spine procedures.
• Support surgeons and OR teams with implants, instrumentation, and surgical workflows.
• Prepare, organize, and manage spine implants, instrumentation, and surgical trays.
• Serve as a trusted clinical and technical resource throughout surgical cases.
• Build relationships with spine surgeons, OR staff, SPD, and hospital personnel.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product use, instrumentation, and best practices.
• Travel within the D.C. market and surrounding territories to support cases.
