• Serve as a trusted point of contact for patients and families throughout their care journey.
• Coordinate orthopedic spine procedures with surgeons, hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, anesthesia teams, and clinical staff.
• Secure operating room time and align procedures with physician availability and facility resources.
• Coordinate implant, instrumentation, and vendor requirements as needed.
• Manage changes, additions, and updates related to planned procedures.
• Maintain accurate procedural calendars and physician block utilization.
