Alphatec-Spine, Inc is seeking a field-based sales professional to grow our spine-device portfolio in Des Moines and surrounding hospitals. You will build relationships with surgeons and account contacts, drive product adoption, and manage the sales order process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in spine or orthopedics, proven sales success, and the ability to work independently toward aggressive goals while collaborating with a team and completing required

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Spine and/or orthopedics.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Willing to comply with annual training and certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Develops sales strategies to achieve quota and increase market share in targeted area and accounts.
• Grow business in targeted area of responsibility and meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Collaborates with management to establish territory selling strategy and respond to customer needs.
