Job summary

Alphatec Spine is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive the spine portfolio across hospitals and physician accounts in the Des Moines area of Iowa.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in spine/orthopedics and proven ability to meet quotas, build surgeon relationships, and manage orders; occasional travel and strict adherence to training and credentialing standards are expected.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Spine and/or orthopedics.
• Prior sales experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow business in targeted area of responsibility.
• Achieves monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Collaborates with sales management to establish territory selling strategy/tactics.
• Responds to customer needs, requirements and problems in accordance with Company policy.
• Develops relationships with surgeons and other appropriate contacts within target accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction by managing and monitoring the sales order process.
• Maintains account records and report activities and submits as required by the Company.
