Job summary

Alphatec-Spine, Inc. is seeking a field-based sales professional in the Kansas City area to grow the orthopedic spine business. You will build relationships with surgeons and hospital staff, coordinate order fulfillment, and drive revenue by meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

The role requires at least 3 years in spine/orthopedics, strong communication skills, and a proven self-starter mindset. Travel within the territory and participation in industry events are expected as part of ongoing

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Grow business in the targeted area of responsibility.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Collaborate with sales management to establish territory selling strategy and tactics.
• Respond to customer needs and problems per company policy.
• Develop relationships with surgeons and key contacts to ensure customer satisfaction and manage orders.
• Maintain account records and report activities as required.
• Follow Alphatec training and procedures, including certifications.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise.
• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events.
• Use analytics and technology to drive business decisions.
