Job summary

Responsibilities

• Grow business in targeted area of responsibility.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Collaborate with sales management to establish territory strategy/tactics.
• Respond to customer needs per company policy.
• Develop relationships with surgeons and other contacts in target accounts; manage sales orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain account records and report activities.
• Follow training and certification requirements.
• Coordinate product shipping and delivery schedules.
• Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events.
• Use analytics and technology to drive business decisions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
