The position is fully on-site in Bridgewater, MA, with involvement in major initiatives surrounding the planned separation into DePuy Synthes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 8–10 years of supply chain experience may substitute.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven data analysis skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work with cross-functional partners.
• Experience leading initiatives against targets and timelines; results-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Excel & Power BI; familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner across Supply Chain, Commercial, and Deliver to support regional initiatives and drive performance.
• Mine and analyze data from multiple sources to identify root causes and trends; implement solutions.
• Drive Deliver setup and execution processes for new product introductions and quarterly planning.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Planning, and Deliver groups to improve customer experience.
• Coordinate with global counterparts to align NA regional priorities.
• Lead advanced projects to improve supply chain efficiency and provide actionable recommendations.
• Present data to management; create executive summaries and leverage PowerBI/PE tools.
