Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Sales Representative in Hartford, CT to conduct product evaluations in operating rooms and offices, demonstrating value to clinicians and staff.

You will track territory progress, communicate findings to your Regional Manager, and help exceed sales goals while maintaining sample inventories and supporting customer needs. Training and a clear path for growth are provided as part of a fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University is required.
• 1–2 years in medical device or B2B sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating value.
• Track territory progress and communicate findings to your Regional Manager and Sales Representatives to exceed goals.
• Onsite with clients, apply product knowledge to solve problems and instruct doctors, nurses and staff on proper use and maintenance.
• Meticulously manage and maintain your sample inventory and assist customers as needed.
• Support an ET Associate Sales Representative role and be ready to cover open territories to grow responsibilities.

What You Will Do

• You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products.
• Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Manager and Sales Representative(s) you are supporting to push yourself to exceed each goal.
• When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products.
• You take great pride in meticulously managing and maintaining your sample inventory of products and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises.
• As an ET Associate Sales Representative you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.
• As an Associate Sales Representative you may be asked to cover open territories, which will give you the opportunity to grow in your responsibilities.

• Sales Base + commission: $70,000-$84,000 and may be eligible to earn commission and/or bonuses + benefits.
