You will drive lean sourcing, negotiate with suppliers, and collaborate with R&D and packaging teams to ensure service levels and cost effectiveness.

The role requires a college degree, 10+ years in planning and procurement, ERP/Oracle experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• College degree in corresponding fields.
• 10+ years of planning (ERP) and procurement experience.
• Proven management or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, Oracle PeopleSoft preferred.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tactical procurement of raw materials and packaging for production.
• Create and manage production scheduling to meet demand.
• Identify cost savings and negotiate with suppliers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D and packaging engineering.
• Lead and develop supply chain staff.
• Manage inventory and lean inventory practices.
