Job summary

Elite Spice Inc. seeks a Purchasing and Import Analyst to monitor supply chain performance, analyze data, and drive process improvements.

You will liaise with suppliers to negotiate fair prices and optimize inventory levels, supporting cross-functional teams across manufacturing, sales, and quality control. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in purchasing or supply chain; proficiency in Excel and AI tools will enhance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in an administrative role; Purchasing, Imports or Supply Chain experience is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance workflows is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Forecast demand and material needs.
• Research and qualify spice vendors; negotiate terms.
• Maintain purchasing records and cost reporting.
• Manage spice import logistics, shipments, and claims.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, sales, QA, and tech services.
