Qualifications

• Must read and follow batch sheets and safety guidelines.
• GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures must be followed.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift and handle PPE where required.

Responsibilities

• Verify and dump raw ingredients into mixers based on batch cards and operator direction.
• Operate blending and packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Run out blends into packaging according to specified weights.
• Perform basic quality checks, including visual inspection and product labeling.
• Monitor product throughout blending to ensure consistent quality.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and company safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas to meet food safety standards.
• Support team members in meeting daily production goals.
