Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read batch sheets and safety guidelines.
• Basic math for measuring and recording data.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Verify and dump raw ingredients into mixers based on batch cards and operator direction.
• Operate blending and packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Run out blends into appropriate packaging according to specified weights.
• Perform basic quality checks, including visual inspection and product labeling.
• Monitor product throughout the blending process to ensure consistent quality.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, and company safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas to meet food safety standards.
• Support team members in meeting daily production goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
