Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous food production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions, batch sheets, and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and recording data.
• Must stand for the entire shift.
• Read/write English proficiency required.
• Work in a noisy, dusty environment with spices and heat.
• Teamwork and safety compliance essential.

Responsibilities

• Verify and dump raw ingredients into mixers based on batch cards.
• Operate blending and packaging machinery safely and efficiently.
• Run out blends into correct packaging by weight.
• Perform basic quality checks and labeling.
• Monitor blending process to ensure consistent quality.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and safety procedures.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas.
• Support team to meet daily production goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
