Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Food production or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and batch sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic math skills for measuring and recording data.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• English reading/writing proficiency.
• Ability to work in a loud, dusty environment with spices and allergens.
• Able to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Requires use of PPE such as masks, gloves, goggles, and/or hearing protection.

Responsibilities

• Verify and dump raw ingredients into mixers based on batch cards and operator direction
• Operate blending and packaging machinery safely and efficiently
• Run out blends into appropriate packaging according to specified weights
• Perform basic quality checks, including labeling
• Monitor product throughout the blending process to ensure consistent quality
• Follow GMP, HACCP, and company safety procedures
• Clean and sanitize blending equipment and work areas to meet food safety standards
• Support team members in meeting daily production goals
• Other duties as assigned
