Sprenger Therapy, the in-house rehabilitation team for Sprenger Health Care Systems, seeks an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist. You will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders, developing customized plans with families and the care team.

The role emphasizes patient-first, outcomes-driven care and collaboration with PT, OT, nursing, and dietary staff to achieve meaningful improvements in residents’ lives.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required.
• CCC-SLP or CFY eligibility; license or eligibility for licensure.
• Experience with dysphagia evaluation and treatment preferred.
• Commitment to patient-first, outcomes-driven care.
• Clinical Fellowship candidates encouraged to apply; mentorship provided.
