Job summary

South Creek Post Acute in the United States is seeking a Speech Therapist to evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders, and to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.

You’ll provide skilled therapy per physician orders and care plans, collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and the interdisciplinary team, and maintain accurate documentation while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington is required.
  • CCC‑SLP certification preferred.

Pay: $45–$55 per hour

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to delivering resident-centered, compassionate care
