Job summary

PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to join the South Creek Post Acute team. In this role, you will evaluate residents, develop treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy services, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and a current license in Washington. Enjoy a supportive work environment with competitive pay ranging from $45-$55 per hour, plus medical and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license in the State of Washington.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve functional outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory requirements.
