Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky in Florence, KY is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our inpatient rehabilitation team. This role supports patients’ speech and language recovery, with opportunities for full-time, part-time, and weekend schedules.

Requirements include state licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a master's degree (or bachelor’s with related experience).

Qualifications

• Current state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Master's degree preferred; or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• CCC certification and CPR either current or obtained within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech therapy treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and responses to therapy.
• Celebrate patient victories and support recovery goals.
