Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate, develop, and administer individualized treatment plans for patients with speech and language challenges in a supportive inpatient setting.

The role emphasizes ongoing assessment, progress documentation, and treatment modification to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, with a focus on compassionate care and collaboration

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience in a relevant area.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the rehabilitation journey.
