Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide evaluation and treatment for individuals with speech and language needs. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized therapy and document progress in a supportive inpatient setting.

The role may be full-time or part-time with weekend coverage options, offering professional growth within a national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

CCC Certification
