Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language impairments across inpatient rehab. This full-time role also includes a part-time weekend option Fri-Sun.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Requires state licensure, CCC, CPR, and a master's degree (or bachelor's with experience); opportunities for

Qualifications

• Current licensure in speech-language pathology as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required or in process.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress with the care team.
