Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Northern Kentucky is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders. Full-time and weekend-part-time (Fri/Sat/Sun) shifts are available in a supportive inpatient rehabilitation setting.

The role requires current licensure, CCC certification, and CPR/BLS. A Master's degree is preferred, or a Bachelor's with relevant field experience.

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (SLP) is required.
• CPR (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with related experience.

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language therapy plans.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy interventions as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress with the care team.
