Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech and language disorders. You’ll design personalized therapy plans, monitor progress, and adjust approaches to maximize outcomes, joining a nationally recognized post-acute care leader.

Ideal candidates hold CCC and state licensure, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a Master’s degree in SLP (or equivalent experience). This on-site role offers ongoing education and a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in good standing.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required or to be obtained.
• CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree (preferred) in SLP or related field, or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients for speech-language disorders.
• Develop and administer individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and document outcomes.
• Modify therapy as needed and celebrate improvements.
