Zusammenfassung

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide specialized therapy and support to patients across our nationwide inpatient rehabilitation network. You will evaluate and treat individuals with speech and language rehabilitation needs, using up-to-date techniques and compassionate care in a collaborative team environment.

Ideally you hold CCC certification and state licensure, with CPR either current or obtained within 30 days of hire.

Qualifikationen

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required or must be obtained prior to practice.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
