Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language disorders in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will develop and administer personalized plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed, contributing to meaningful patient outcomes.

The role requires state licensure, CCC certification, CPR/BLS within 30 days of hire, and a Master's degree (or equivalent experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout therapy.
