Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide comprehensive speech-language therapy to patients in a nationally recognized rehabilitation setting. You will evaluate, design, and implement personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to maximize communication outcomes.

The role requires state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR; a Masters degree is preferred or a Bachelors with relevant experience.

Qualifications

• State licensure or certification in accordance with state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Masters degree preferred or Bachelors degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized speech-language therapy plans.
• Identify problems and modify therapy as needed.
• Document patient progress and treatment responses.
• Celebrate patient progress and milestones throughout treatment.
