Job summary

Encompass Health is hiring a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs within our national inpatient rehabilitation network. You will develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate holds state licensure, CCC, CPR certification (or within 30 days), and a Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s with field experience). We offer growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CCC certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
