Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech and language impairments, develop personalized plans, and document progress using our advanced technology.

Requires current licensure, CCC, CPR within 30 days, and a master’s degree preferred or bachelor’s with field experience. We offer a supportive, patient-centered environment within a national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC Certification (ASHA) required or must be obtained.
• CPR certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred, or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
