Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and document plans for patients with speech and language needs. You will identify issues, adjust therapies, and track progress in a supportive, technology-enabled inpatient setting.

The role requires CCC/state licensure, CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days), and a Master’s degree (or BA with field experience). We offer growth and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) completed or in process.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
