Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas seeks a dedicated Speech Pathologist to evaluate, plan, and administer individualized treatment for patients with speech and language needs in a compassionate, patient-centered setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain communication skills and improve quality of life.

Candidates should hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, be licensed or eligible for licensure, and have CCC

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification is required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master’s degree preferred or Bachelor’s degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
