Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Las Vegas is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs. You will develop personalized treatment plans, document progress, and adjust therapy as required while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires state licensure or certification, CCC certification, and CPR (or within 30 days of hire). A Master’s degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s with field experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
• CCC certification required or in process per state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop and administer personalized speech-language treatment plans.
• Identify issues and modify treatment as needed.
• Track and document patient progress and response to therapy.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress along the way.
