The role requires state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR within 30 days of hire, with a Master’s degree preferred or a Bachelor’s with field experience. This on-site position offers growth within a national leader in post-acute care.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Certification as Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
