Job summary

Encompass Health is recruiting a Speech Pathologist to provide therapy for patients with speech and language needs in an inpatient rehab setting in the United States. You will evaluate, develop, and implement personalized treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust therapy as needed within a supportive, team-driven environment.

Qualifications include current licensure, CCC certification, CPR within 30 days of hire, and a Master's degree (or Bachelor's with field experience).

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) required.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
