Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our team, providing essential therapy and support to patients in a compassionate, patient-centered environment. You will evaluate and treat individuals with speech and communication needs across our inpatient rehabilitation network.

We value licensure or certification per state regulations, CCC where possible, and CPR within 30 days of hire. A Masteru's degree is preferred, with Bachelor’s accepted when paired with relevant field

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with field experience acceptable.
• Current licensure or certification per state regulations; CCC desirable.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.

Formation

Master's degree preferred
