Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs in an inpatient setting. You will track progress, document outcomes, and celebrate patient victories as part of a supportive, nationwide rehabilitation leader.

The role requires state licensure, CCC certification, and CPR either at hire or within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• CCC (ASCC) certification completed or in process (CCC) is preferred.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identify issues and modify speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Track and document patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.

Education

Master’s degree preferred

Bachelor’s degree with field experience
